Since 2014 we’ve been experimenting with only the highest quality ingredients (by the way, in our base mix we never use more than five ingredients), giving you a better alternative to products loaded with sugar and ingredients you can’t even pronounce.

Where to buy

Most of the calories in The Ice Creamery’s ice cream come from healthy animal fats.

We use high quality ingredients, therefore we are able to provide an ice cream with a very low carbohydrate content and sugar alcohols that do not spike blood sugar.

Our base ingredients include fresh cream, full cream milk, xylitol, egg yolk and milk solids. We don't add stuff to our products that even we won't eat!

For flavouring and colouring our products, we use real stuff such as cocoa powder, organic beetroot powder and mint extract.
